Toys"R"Us at 826 South Randall Road, Algonquin, Illinois.

I visit this location frequently, I assume the price is usually higher then anywhere else, however the price matching is simple and quick. Also however, the cashier and most staff are great and friendly, but a few Customer Service managers were obviously ignoring their team and high flow of customers waiting at the registers. One manager also denied helping me at the customer care counter and said i had to wait in line even though i was matching price and had questions and there was no one in his line. Only for them to go back to laughing at jokes and ignoring the counter. I usually wait in line for about 10-15 mins to purchase one item usually. The ammount of questions asked at the counter is aggressive and i dislike it which also takes about 5 mins to checkout. On floor staff are great and amazing. I avoid toys r us when i can but they definitely have the best selection=highest prices.
