Chili's Grill & Bar at 1480 South Randall Road, Algonquin, Illinois.

Where to start... the hostess sat us at a filthy table with sticky sauce and food crusted onto the table. We went back up front and asked her for a clean table. We sat down at another table and there were old kids menus and napkins under the table. She swept them out. 4 out of 5 of the menus on the table we sticky or had food and grease in the pages. We sat at our table waiting for a server for 8 minutes and 3 walked by and said nothing at all, the host walked by and again nothing. After the 3rd server walked by with no care in the world to see if anyone had even come to take our drink order we got up and went to the front. I told the hostess nobody had even acknowledged that we were sitting there, she said nothing... not sorry, or let me get a server or the manager, she really just didn't care. At this point I asked for a manager, he apologized but at this point we were not going to stay.
I worry if the tables and menus are that dirty how does the kitchen look. The employees obviously do not care about customers or cleanliness in the front of house. This is scary and probably an issue for the health department.
