Made my daughters first appointment with this dentist office. They sent a confirmation email the week before with an address in Arlington heights. Thinking maybe I made a mistake by scheduling in a town I've never been too we still made the trip to Arlington heights. I called to find the office since there are no signs and the address is at a bank building to find out we have an appointment in Algonquin. The confirmation email is from another office of theirs with a different name. The paperwork they sent has no business name or address either. Extremely irritated they haven't called, emailed, texted to confirm further or see why we haven't made it to our appointment yet.
